Implementation plans were previously strong for architecture decisions, but still too terse for lower-tier implementors, who had to reopen research to recover terminology, rules, and hidden traps. This PR makes plans self-contained for execution by aligning the plan template, internal prompts, tsh-architecture-designing skill, and docs around glossary, technical context, traps, reusable phase preambles, and richer task guidance—while keeping plans as non-code guidance artifacts.
