What: This PR adds a complete pause system with a pause button, menu overlay, and freezes all gameplay (cars, trucks, logs, trains, player movement). It also adds persistent high score tracking.
Why: Players need the ability to pause mid-game and take breaks. It provides a true pause experience where everything stops. Players can view current and high scores and easily return home. High scores persist across sessions.
Verified: I played the game and clicked pause. All vehicles, logs, and player movement stopped as expected. The pause menu displayed scores correctly. Resume continued gameplay and home returned to the start screen. High scores persisted after
