@davetn657 Thanks for submitting! Before we can proceed, do you mind providing the SQL scripts to create the tables? If your app doesn't create the db/tables itself, we need those scripts, otherwise it takes too long for the reviewers to create them.
I'm sorry but this instruction seems to be missing from our requirements (it must have been removed since our latest update).
