• add Hermes Tweet as a Claude Code plugin under plugins/hermes-tweet
• register it in the AI Coding Config marketplace manifest
• document the install command and gated X/Twitter tool behavior in the README

Notes

• GitHub did not expose license metadata during discovery, but the target repository includes an MIT license file and the added Hermes Tweet payload includes its MIT license file.
