Summary
The first phase creates the bounded, canonical producer side of recipe initialization. It keeps the intentional conservative Codex ordinary-result bound and replaces the current ambient-state skeleton with one immutable flow generation derived from the final post-prune recipe. The same flow is bound to the existing artifact, delivered through every registered surface, and reconstructable through fully generation-bound pages.
