I know it's been merged but let me provide more reference of why Cerebro.dll is AnyBrain.

For steam app 2073850, this dll was added on https://steamdb.info/patchnotes/19303655/ (game update 7.6) and it's the only dll added at that patch. After added this dll, game started creating %LocalAppdata%/AnybrainSDK folder at every game launch. I asked game developer about this, and they confirmed Anybrain was added since update 7.6 (time when Cerebro.dll was added).
