Before you begin, ensure you are connected to the internet. This is the only moment you will need it — for the initial acquisition of the tools and the silent mind of the assistant.
- Click on
setup.bat. - That is all. Breathe.
- Run
sh setup.shin your terminal. - The flow begins.
The terminal will act with intention:
- Presence: It checks if Ollama is installed. If it is missing, it will automatically download and install it for you.
- Acquisition: It pulls
gemma3:4b(~3.3 GB), the silent mind of the assistant. - Creation: It builds your local
zen_codeassistant using the ZenCode PRO Modelfile. - Activation: It launches the assistant, ready for your first line of code.
Once installed, you do not need to run the setup again. Simply type in any terminal:
ollama run zen_codeAnd the flow will resume.
