- Fix the proration reset bug in Soku

- Change the on hit launching to "away from the one that hit", rather than "away from target" (On block didn't change)
- Fixed F1 in VS Player only healing the primary character of each player

- Properly save palette and deck selected for the secondary character for next character select
- Properly consume cards when tagging out before spell flash
- Fixed "Smash Attack" and "Lift Attack" ("Rift Attack") modifiers not applying
- Note: Chain Spell and Chain Arts still don't apply, but I'm keeping it as a way to speed up games, since you have to kill 2 characters each round instead of the regular 1.
- Using spell assist no longer use the secondary character's meter
- A new meter bar shared between both characters is added called the assists meter
- Meter gained give assist meter by a ratio of 66%
- Tagging out during hitstun or blockstun now does a bomb effect, and costs 2 assist meter cards
- Gain access to border shock when losing one character
- Activated by pressing the switch key
- Pressing switch during blockstun will do an instant bomb effect, canceling all blockstun (costs 2 assist meter cards)
- Tagging and using assist give assist meter (tag = 20% of a card, assist = 10%)
- Changed inputs for assists, and unified what each do (S is the switch key)
- 4S (Left skill) -> Anti Air
- 5S (Middle skill) -> Blockstun
- 6S (Right skill) -> Long Range
- 2S (Spell) -> Super

- Dead bodies collision has been removed
