Set up

Download Xampp : https://www.apachefriends.org/download.html
Open Xampp control panel and Start Apache and Sql
Go to your browser and create a database
Go to your browser and http://localhost/donatetheblood/donate.php paste this
Now you have enter the website with a local host.
