Diagnostico e correcao proposta

Este PR falhava com:

src/showcase/main.tsx(4,8): error TS2882: Cannot find module or type declarations
  for side-effect import of '../styles.css'.
src/showcase/main.tsx(5,8): error TS2882: ... './showcase.css'.

Nao e problema de peer dependency. Este repositorio nao usa typescript-eslint, entao aqui nao existe o conflito typescript <6.1.0 que trava outros projetos. O bloqueio e outro: o TypeScript 7 passou a exigir declaracao de tipo para import de efeito colateral de arquivo nao-TS.

Correcao

Adicionei o commit 7503e341 criando src/css.d.ts:

declare module '*.css';

O tsconfig.json tem "include": ["src"], entao o arquivo e capturado. O bundler (tsup/Vite) continua resolvendo o CSS de fato — a declaracao existe so para o compilador saber que o modulo e valido e nao exporta nada.

Situacao atual

O PR ficou com conflito de lockfile, porque #3 (postcss) e #10 (jest-axe) foram mergeados depois. O CI tambem nao re-disparou para o meu commit.

⚠️ Atencao ao rodar @dependabot rebase: o Dependabot recria a propria branch e o commit 7503e341 provavelmente sera descartado. Se isso acontecer, basta recriar o src/css.d.ts com o conteudo acima — o diagnostico continua valendo.

Como e bump de devDependency, nao ha urgencia. Sugiro tratar depois dos PRs de producao.
