This PR rebuilds the About page from a simple homepage redirect back to a fully functional and beautifully styled section. Features: 1. Clean glassmorphic design and responsive grid layout. 2. Interactive filtering for the 4 updated team structures (General Management, Library Development, Web Development, Public Relations). 3. Dynamic Javascript rendering with clear contribution summaries and social links.
