As libbase is now available in Conan Center via PR conan-io/conan-center-index#27876, I'm opening this PR to update the documentation in order to make it easier for consumers to find libbase via Conan Center.
Note that it will be available under https://conan.io/center/recipes?value=ripper37-libbase too. It requires time to refresh the database, so don't worry if you get a 404.
The pattern ripper37-libbase/[*] indicates "the latest version available".
