Summary

  • Adds a new Bulk task operations section to the Workforce Task View page documenting: individual checkbox selection, select all/clear all controls, the three available bulk actions (approve, reject, rerun) with per-button task counts, and the confirmation modal that shows selected tasks by name and creation date before executing.
  • Updates the Monitoring Approvals in Workforce Task View section in the Approvals and Escalations page with a note that multiple approvals can be handled at once, and a cross-reference link to the new section.

Implements documentation for PR #14772.

Linear issue: https://linear.app/relevance/issue/TSP-1247/

Test plan

  • Verify the new section renders correctly in the Mintlify preview
  • Confirm the anchor link #bulk-task-operations resolves correctly from the approvals page
  • Check sentence case on all headings and titles
  • Confirm no banned words used

…umentation

Documents the new bulk task operations feature (PR #14772): individual checkbox
selection, select all/clear all, three bulk actions (approve/reject/rerun) with
task counts on buttons, and the confirmation modal with task name + date table.
Adds a cross-reference note to the approvals-and-escalations page.

🎯 Vibe check

Reviewed: 2 files (2 with issues, 0 clean)

Scores

Dimension Score What's holding it back
🔴 Consistency 3/10 Systemic heading sentence case violations — 13 in approvals-and-escalations.mdx, 13 in workforce-task-view.mdx. Every multi-word heading in both files is in title case instead of sentence case.
🟡 Technical clarity 6/10 Six links in "Related Features" sections use full https://relevanceai.com/docs/... URLs instead of root-relative paths (CLAUDE.md rule). Three of those URLs point to a customise-agent/ path that doesn't exist in the repo — likely broken.
🟢 Non-technical clarity 9/10 Both pages are clearly written. Concepts are defined before instructions, approval modes are well explained, and FAQs address real questions. No jargon dumps.
🟡 Structure 7/10 FAQs in approvals-and-escalations.mdx use a bold Q: A: pattern instead of <AccordionGroup>. approvals-and-escalations.mdx is a concept/feature-overview page with no closing CTA.

Score key: 🟢 9–10, 🟡 6–8, 🔴 1–5.

Overall vibe: The content is solid — the bulk task operations section is particularly well done, and the approval modes are explained clearly. The main problem is purely mechanical: every heading in both files ignores sentence case, and the "Related Features" links are stale full-URL references that may be broken. Fix those two things and this is a clean pair of pages.

approvals-and-escalations.mdx — links (3)

  • approvals-and-escalations.mdx:130 — full URL https://relevanceai.com/docs/workforce-builder/edge-settings should be root-relative. The actual file is at /build/workforces/build-an-ai-workforce/edge-settings — the workforce-builder/ prefix doesn't match the current repo path.
  • approvals-and-escalations.mdx:131 — full URL https://relevanceai.com/docs/workforce-builder/workforce-task-view should be /build/workforces/workforce-features/workforce-task-view

workforce-task-view.mdx — links (3)

  • workforce-task-view.mdx:158 — full URL https://relevanceai.com/docs/build/agents/customise-agent/flowbuilder — no flowbuilder file exists anywhere in the repo. Likely broken.
  • workforce-task-view.mdx:159 — full URL https://relevanceai.com/docs/build/agents/customise-agent/escalate — same broken path as above; customise-agent/ doesn't exist.
  • workforce-task-view.mdx:160 — full URL https://relevanceai.com/docs/build/agents/customise-agent/subagents — the subagents file exists but at /build/agents/build-your-agent/agent-settings/subagents, not the customise-agent/ path listed here.
🧩 Component suggestions (1)
  • approvals-and-escalations.mdx:137–146 — The FAQ uses a bold **Q:** / **A:** pattern. CLAUDE.md calls for <AccordionGroup> for FAQ-style content. Each Q/A pair would become an <Accordion title="Can I set different approval requirements..."> with the answer as the body text. Four questions → four accordions.

Consolidated into #661 (Workforce Task View: bulk ops + timeline charts). Closing in favor of that PR.
