build: Migrate to AGP 9.0.0

AGP version: 9.0.0-rc01

I had to remove build tools 35.0.1 from the build configuration because AGP override it to 36.0.0 anyway because the minimum required version is 36.0.0

Unfortunately I had to revert some behaviour changes of AGP 9.0.0 (which will be removed in AGP 10.0.0 which is mid-2026)

• Why won't you work when I remove the flag (set it to true)??????? even when following the docs.
