I'm a Full Stack Engineer with a backend-first mindset, currently building production systems at InCorp Global — a product company operating across Singapore, Hong Kong, China, and Indonesia.

I don't just ship features. I own systems.

As part of the core engineering team, I manage end-to-end delivery while interfacing directly with business stakeholders across four Asian markets — translating complex, multi-region product requirements into resilient, scalable backend architecture built to hold under real load.

Before that, I served as SDE Team Head at OPM Corporation — another product company — where I led a team of 13, owned the CI/CD pipeline, cut API response time by 97.5% (4s → 100ms), and drove the full rebuild of OPM's core product portal.

And before all of that — 4+ years of freelance product engineering at Metaphor Hub, where I built and shipped 15+ full-stack applications for real clients, solo, with zero safety net.

Owned CI/CD pipelines end-to-end — cut deployment time from 2 hrs to under 5 minutes (96% reduction). Optimised core API from 4s to 100ms (97.5%) via Redis caching, ORM tuning, and indexing. Led 13 engineers to rebuild the core product portal — 92% load time reduction, 76% uplift in user satisfaction. Awarded Best Employee of the cohort.
