[BSP][Renesas] Trigger SDHI card detection on R7FA8M85

为什么提交这份PR (why to submit this PR)

R7FA8M85 的 SDHI host 创建后未主动触发 MMCSD 卡检测。当前卡检测依赖文件系统挂载路径调用 sdcard_change()；未启用 DFS 或文件系统时不会创建 SD 卡块设备，导致仅使用 block 层时无法访问 SD 卡。

你的解决方案是什么 (what is your solution)

在 sdio_host_create() 完成 host 初始化后，将 SOC_SERIES_R7FA8M85 纳入 mmcsd_change(host) 的首次检测条件，使 MMCSD 核心完成卡初始化和 block 设备注册，不再依赖 DFS。已在 RA8D1 配置下单独编译 drv_sdhi.o 通过。
