Closes #5380. A migration guide for Sampler -> Executor. ~I also took the liberty of removing the v2 primitive migration guide since v1 support was dropped almost 2 years ago.~ Deleting the v2 migration guide required updating a bunch of links, and I'm not familiar with the process.
