In this commit I had to make a handful of small fixes to the notebook. We should propagate these to the respective addon repository before they make their next release. @abbycross @beckykd |

Confused by the header levels in this section - we're missing a title header (and the h2 there doesn't match the title in the metadata), and we skip right from h2 to h4?
