fix(lib): restore main CI lint compliance

Summary

• replace unsafe auth-sync JSON parsing and catch-all handling with typed helpers
• refactor auth sync / Claude auth wiring to satisfy lint structural rules without changing behavior
• update migrateLegacyOrchLayout call sites and tests for the new typed object API
