The previous package-lock.json still contained a local symlink
reference ("resolved": "../sdk-ts", "link": true) even though
package.json was updated. This caused npm ci to fail in GitHub
Actions as the local path doesn't exist in CI.
Regenerated lock file now properly references the npm registry.
