Changes

Adds the Q3 2026 objectives section to the Platform features team page (/teams/platform-features), above the existing Q2 2026 goals.

Goals are grouped by person (Yasen, Reece, Alex) to match the existing writing style and structure used for Q1/Q2 sections:

• Yasen – multi-project dashboards, activity logs -> SIEM, billing activity logs, MCP auth flows, access control scope expansion, US/EU redirect fixes, Grow plan support, and improving activity logs tools.
• Reece – multi-domain SAML/SCIM, IdP config UI redesign, OIDC, "access control all the things" (event AC, full product coverage, resource <-> HogQL parity, removing AC settings UI v1), and updated SAML/SCIM/access control docs with demo videos.
• Alex – RBAC v2, guest mode, MCP read/write tools for access controls, access controls for tasks, Slack bot/Inbox access controls, simplified activity logs tools, reverse proxy troubleshooting skill, and 2 blog posts.

Light copy edits were applied for the writing style guide (American English, Oxford comma, sentence casing, expanding abbreviations like "verifs").
