Closing: these rows carry geography.level "area" on the euro-area facts, which arch/core.py's ALLOWED_GEOGRAPHY_LEVELS rejects (the append-gate failure on this PR). The resolver now emits level "region" for the euro area; the next resolve-and-rebuild run proposes corrected rows from the current base. |
