The addition looks good, but the diff looks weird. If I open the readme in this branch I can still see a badge for legacy op math tests (which were removed). I suspect this will get resolved once the branch is updated. Feel free to tag me again once resolved :)

This PR adds sections for reporting the output of the warnings-as-errors actions from other repositories.
Long term goal will be to have reporting from all the packages in multiple areas.
