  • Implement IQueueAddressStore for EF persisters
  • Implement ITrialLicenseDataProvider for EF persisters
  • Implement IEndpointSettingsStore for EF persisters
  • Move test-only error insertion into test project
  • Improve test coverage on IQueueAddressStore, ITrialLicenseDataProvider, IEndpointSettingsStore
