I updated this sample to work with Paper 1.21.11.
Specific changes:
gradle.propertiesto 1.21.11.build.gradle.kts.patchfor fork-api and fork-server to match Paper 1.21.11BlockUtil.javaused in the sample has been moved fromnet.minecrafttonet.minecraft.utilsoBlockUtil.java.patchhas been updated accordingly.
