Summary

Aligns research/README.md to the locked v4 GitHub Doctrine at atlas/website/briefings/v4/00b_v4_IA_doctrine_GITHUB.md.

Changes

  • Agenda link: /program/research-agenda//agenda/ (canonical v4 path).
  • Added Engage + Release Manifest links to Related public surfaces, completing the canonical link set per doctrine §10.
  • Light moderate-emoji styling on section headings per doctrine §7: 🧩 / 🚧 / 🎯 / 📐 / 🪞 / 🔁.
  • Em-dashes replace -- for prose continuity.

Note on 🚧

🚧 falls outside the doctrine §7.1 canonical emoji set but is admitted here as a paired-heading semantic counterpart to 🧩 — the "is/is not" boundary clarification is a research-specific routing concept. Considered safe to use within the moderate-emoji discipline.

Doctrine reference

atlas/website/briefings/v4/00b_v4_IA_doctrine_GITHUB.md §3, §7, §10.
