This PR upgrades Inventory-UI to Angular 21 and latest compatible dependency versions.

Summary of changes:

• Angular migration with lockfile regeneration.
• TypeScript pinned to Angular-supported range and module-resolution updated.
• standalone: false declaration metadata migration.
• Directive/event typing fixes under strict compiler checks.
• ESLint 10 and lint-staged pre-commit stabilization for large migration commits.

Motivation:

• Keeps the project in sync with current framework/tooling expectations and removes migration-time build/lint friction.

Common-UI dependency:

• This PR consumes the Common-UI Angular compatibility work tracked in chore(common-ui): align shared library with Angular 21 compatibility requirements Common-UI#48.
• The Common-UI changes ensure shared NgModule-declared components and jQuery/TypeScript interop remain compatible with the upgraded Angular 21 toolchain.
