Add rock and snowy rock overlay sprites, to support new snowy rocks.
Due to their very 'flat' appearance, there's not a lot that can be done with the OpenGFX rocks without making them just disappear under the snow, so I opted for a slightly darker 'ghost' of the rock shape.
