Adding base graphics set sprites for the new road waypoints feature. Mimics my design for OpenGFX2, but assembled using the corresponding chunks of the OpenGFX1 bus stop sprites.
This uses
replacenewof theROAD_WAYPOINTSfeature, which is not yet in a stablenmlcrelease yet.
