[WIP] Fix website misalignment and add new nonprofit

• Fix alignment issues in the "Our Nonprofits" grid section
  • Added flexbox properties for consistent item centering
  • Made logos more compact (100px) with reduced gaps (24px)
• Add OpenRockets India as a new nonprofit with logo image
  • Added link to https://github.com/openrockets-india
  • Used GitHub avatar as logo
• Add 3D animated cubes background using Three.js
  • Black and white wireframe cubes
  • Rotating and floating animation
• Add vignette effect (shadow from corners)
• Change background to ruled paper texture (notebook style with horizontal lines)
• Change hero font to Times New Roman (keeping Ubuntu for rest of site)
• Run code review
