Redesign index.html as brand portfolio page

[Copilot]

Redesigns the homepage as a minimal brand portfolio showcasing OpenRockets Foundation as the parent nonprofit with its affiliate organizations and partners.

Changes

New CSS (styles/brand-portfolio.css)

• Apple-style design: white background, Ubuntu font, black/white only
• Responsive grid layouts for affiliates and partners

Redesigned index.html

• Removed navigation header
• Hero: inverted logo, foundation name, "Join Us" CTA → join.html
• Our Nonprofits: Magazine, OpenThreads, OpenSocial, MarsPreneurs (with logos, linked)
• Our Partners: The Bulletin Teen, Hack Club (with logos, linked)
• Committee: 2024-2026 leadership (placeholder names)
• Sponsors: US 501(c)(3) registration, Hack Foundation fiscal sponsor, National Network of Fiscal Sponsors, Dialog Enterprise Sri Lanka
• Footer: GitHub, X/Twitter, OpenThreads links
