Looks good to me, and in a quick test it works as well!
It should have had a new minimumApiVersion, but it seems like the script API version wasn't incremented in the original PR that made this change either, as this change makes it not work on older versions anymore. But maybe that's a bit too niche for now.

What - update openrct2 typescript type reference to up-to date version, fix spelling of seperator to separator
Why - follow up to
so all seperators are obliterated from this project for good!
I hereby solemnly swear I have tried to build and successfully build-ed version provided in this PR and I have tested that it works in current release and dev version of the OpenRCT2
