[sv-SE] Fixes a bunch of typos and incorrect strings

There are a bunch of different typos/incorrect Grammar in the sv-SE translation. I fixed some of them.

The fixes ranges from objectivly wrong grammar (i.e. Gokartar -> Gokarts) to more subjective ones (e.g. Mittpunktsroll -> Hjärtlinjerull).

These are specifically used in dates. Would you use 1:a in dates like 1st March?

Yes that is correct.

That page literally says “Datum och regentnummer skrivs alltid utan ändelse”.

Also, what RCT2 does is not relevant. Many of its translations were less than stellar and also often picked the wrong translation for the context something was used it.

Yeah, you are right. After googling around for 20 minutes I'm realizing I have no ideas how to write dates. I think it looks super weird to write it as 28 feb 2025 but that is correct. I'll push a fix tomorrow once I've managed to recover from not knowing how my own language works :)

I'll do another check on all of it to make sure it is not coloured by RCT1/2 naming too
