Replaces the Using Protenix guide with Using Protenix-v2 (the enhanced-capacity successor), mirroring how the ESMFold2 guide replaced ESMFold.
Using_Protenix.ipynb→Using_Protenix-v2.ipynb: retitled, intro describes the 464M-parameter variant, usessession.fold.protenix_v2/ProtenixV2Model, and executed against dev (real Protenix-v2 outputs).session.fold.protenix(model idprotenix) for reproducing earlier results.structure-prediction/index.rstrepointed; fixed the inbound link fromUsing_ESMFold2.ipynb.SDK support landed in
openprotein-python-private#229. TheProtenixV2Modelautodoc/:py:xrefs render as plain text until the docsopenprotein-pythonpin is bumped to a release containing #229 (known autodoc-gating, non-failing — same as ESMFold2 initially).Part of OpenProteinAI/backend-worker-protenix#2 (docs row).
