Verified the new /align/antibody/annotate path + AntibodyAnnotateRequest schema against the live OpenAPI spec (exact match, no unlisted nested refs, antibody msa tag already registered). CSS chip rule is additive with no !important conflicts. Minor cleanups (trailing newline, stray debug log) folded in. LGTM.

Surfaces the new
POST /api/v1/align/antibody/annotateendpoint in the REST API docs by adding it to the path/schema allowlists ingetSwaggerJson.js.Also tightens the inline-code chip styling in Swagger panels (smaller padding, slightly smaller font, lighter weight).
