This PR introduces a restructuring of the Getting Started documentation and also the installation documentation. miniONE is now presented as the primary installation starting point both for users wishing to quickly evaluate OpenNebula and also for users wishing to start a production deployment quickly. The manual installation instructions remain in the software section. (cherry picked from commit e7a9680)
