fix(video_box): resolve PotPlayer and VLC URL format error

将调用外部播放器时的 href 跳转改为手动创建 a 标签然后自动点击跳转，避免新版浏览器自动转换 URL in URL 链接，导致调用 PotPlayer 和 VLC 缺少 URL 的冒号。

How Has This Been Tested? / 测试

href 跳转浏览器会自动将 vlc://http://*****/***.mp4 转换成 vlc://http//*****/***.mp4，使用 DevTool 检查 Element 发现 a 标签 href 里面确实是写的 vlc://http://*****/***.mp4，与前端框架无关，只可能是浏览器的问题。
