What changed

  • adds the BATCH-2026-010 role-evidence-gap briefing for governed identities for AI agents
  • evaluates CISO, CIO, and CTO eligibility using role at source time
  • adds machine-readable eligibility and comparison records
  • adds role evidence, proposition, risk, measurement, distribution, scope-mismatch, and evidence-gap matrices
  • adds proposed interview and OFF roundtable questions

Why

The canonical production corpus contains zero role-at-source-time sources or statements for all three selected roles. The 46 staged statements are shared executive-relevance tags, not CISO, CIO, or CTO testimony. A substantive role comparison would therefore create false symmetry and unsupported generalization.

Result

No role alignment or disagreement is claimed. All three roles are below the batch-specific comparison floor, and the package identifies the exact research needed for a future comparison.

Validation

  • 16 dedicated role-comparison checks passed
  • 24 repository tests passed across 4 test files
  • canonical data, provenance, review-status, publication, content, and link checks passed
  • public build passed with 28 generated pages
  • search and post-build generation passed
  • git diff check passed

All records remain staging-only and human-review pending.
