• connects 17 author-source relationships and 88 joint-author statement relationships
• adds aliases, external identifiers, OFF disclosure review, privacy review, eligibility decisions, limitations, and batch validation artifacts

Why

This is the governed person-identity research step for the existing governed-agent-identities source and statement corpus. It keeps identity verification, current-role freshness, historical attribution, and publication eligibility as separate editorial decisions.

Publication impact

No public profile or canonical person record is published. All 15 people remain dataset-only and human-review pending; the OpenID PDF/arXiv pair counts as one intellectual work for threshold purposes.
