What changed

  • Adds statement-coding batch BATCH-2026-006 for governed identities for AI agents.
  • Creates 46 staging-only source statement records from nine verified source records (eight intellectual works).
  • Holds four candidates from the duplicate arXiv rendition of the OpenID report.
  • Adds source, person, and book mappings; attribution and locator review tables; duplicate and ambiguity queues; a risk-stratified double-review sample; proposed proposition links; limitations; and validation evidence.

Why

This advances the verified evidence batch into statement-level units while preserving historical attribution, exact source-version lineage, reproducible locators, and the separation between empirical findings, normative recommendations, and author interpretations.

Review status

All records remain staging-only and pending named human review. Proposed proposition links are candidate-only; no canonical proposition, stance, person, book, or production statement is created.

Validation

  • 46 canonical statement-schema validations
  • Source eligibility, attribution, provenance, locator, copied-language, duplicate, report-version, book-edition, duration, and staging-isolation checks
  • All canonical repository validators and audits
  • 24 tests across four test files
  • Visual inspection of every cited PDF page
