📝 Description
Hi ChatDev team! 👋
This PR introduces a brand new, highly structured workflow that repurposes the ChatDev framework into a professional Event Planning Agency. It demonstrates the flexibility of ChatDev by expanding its capabilities beyond software development into creative and operational project management.
🚀 Workflow Breakdown
As illustrated in the pipeline graph, the process consists of 7 distinct stages:

  1. Requirement Initialization:
Account_Manager takes the user prompt and structures the initial event brief.
  2. Parallel Ideation (Scatter):
Creative_Director, Tech_Curator, and PR_Specialist brainstorm independently to generate themes, tech interactions, and marketing hooks.
  3. Concept Consolidation (Gather):
Event_Producer merges the parallel ideas into a cohesive core event concept.
  4. Parallel Execution (Scatter):
Based on the core concept, Logistics_Manager, Marketing_Manager, and Finance_Controller simultaneously draft the schedule, promotion plan, and budget.
  5. Master Plan Integration (Gather):
Lead_Planner compiles the logistical and financial details into a unified draft.
  6. Risk & Human Review (Parallel check):
Risk_Auditor generates emergency contingencies (Plan B), while the human_review node allows the user to approve or adjust the budget and plan.
  7. Final Polish:
Presentation_Designer formats the finalized, reviewed data into a professional, ready-to-deliver Markdown presentation.

Please let me know if any adjustments are needed for the configuration JSONs. Looking forward to your feedback! 🚀

Thanks for your contribution!
Would you be able to provide a demo artifact generated by this workflow (for example, a generated event plan)? This would help us better understand and evaluate the workflow. Thank you!
