The file was a stale implementation handoff from the repository's initial March scaffold. It recorded old script counts, placeholder pages, and a one-time test total rather than maintained documentation. It was not linked from MkDocs navigation, the README, CI, source, or tests.
Maintained contributor, security, analytics, deployment, and product documentation remains in its canonical locations.
Impact
No documentation-site content or runtime behavior changes. Git history preserves the original implementation report.
