What changed
Removed the unreferenced root-level
test_viewer.htmlfile.Why
The file was a generated 1,282-line capture-viewer output with a hard-coded capture identifier. It was not a maintained test fixture: no source, test, docs, CI, package configuration, or release path referenced it. Keeping generated output at the public repository root made the project look unfinished and obscured the actual package entry points.
The viewer implementation and its maintained tests remain unchanged.
Impact
No package or runtime behavior changes. Git history retains the artifact if it is ever needed for archaeology.
