Prepares the first public v2 release of the governed local MCP/attended-workflow bridge. Synchronizes package, module, and registry versions at 2.0.0 and switches installation copy to the PyPI path. Local validation: 66 tests passed; exact wheel and sdist passed the code-only artifact boundary; Twine metadata passed; clean isolated wheel install reported openadapt-agent 2.0.0. Hold merge/tag until the one-time PyPI Trusted Publisher and GitHub pypi environment are configured; no publication is triggered by this PR.
