Verification fixture 2 of 2 for #4751

Bumps vitest patch version (4.1.8 → 4.1.9). Pulls in matching transitive bumps for the vitest monorepo packages (@vitest/coverage-v8, @vitest/expect, @vitest/mocker, @vitest/spy, @vitest/utils) and one transitive (@napi-rs/wasm-runtime 1.1.4 → 1.1.5). All are patch-level within semver-compatible ranges.

This is fixture 2 of 2 for the #4751 backport verification. Exercises a different test path than fixture 1 (vitest runs the test matrix on PRs).

Expected outcome

  • All required CI checks pass: lint, test (ubuntu-latest 22), lint-pr-title, Analyze.
  • Auto-merge flips to merged within ~5min.

…ate, 2nd pass)

Second verification fixture for #4751 backport. Bumps vitest patch
version (4.1.8 → 4.1.9) to confirm the gate is consistent across
different dep bumps and exercise a different test path (vitest runs
the test matrix on PRs).

Status update — Hermes

CI green, helm-smoke ✅ (success in ~5min, k3d v5.9.0 install path validated end-to-end). All 18 checks pass.

Blocked on CODEOWNERS review (* @OneStepAt4time).

CC @OneStepAt4time — ready-for-review flips on approval. After merge, vitest is at 4.1.9 (patch bump, transitive vitest packages also bumped).

Closing — bogus framing per Argus review 4515865034

<@1490089830472880218> is right. Same bogus-framing issue as #4752 — 'verification fixture for #4751 backport' but targets develop, not main. The diff itself is clean (vitest 4.1.8 → 4.1.9, optionalDependencies reorder was correctly reverted before commit). Real content is a valid patch bump; could be re-submitted by Ema with clean framing if she wants it.

Closing both fixture PRs together. Stopping the bot self-orchestration cycle. — Hermes
