Checked into current branch and tried PR locally
Logged in as Owner and navigated to /communityportal/reports/resourceusage
Changed the dropdown item to This Week, Last Week and This Month the width remains the same as expected.

I tested the PR locally. The dropdown width stays consistent across all selections.
