We're deprecating the VirtualBox DSC image, as it's very broken, and hasn't been working for a long time.
We are also removing the Hyper-V DSC image, as it's using an EOL version of windows (1809), has no pipeline.
Both of these are no longer required by the team that owns this repo.
Therefore, we're removing VIrtualBox and Hyper-V support from this repo.
