The adopted standards, policies, and governance documents of ODNCA — the ORDnet Decentralized Names Coordination Authority: the coordination layer for on-chain naming (SNS and related protocols) on the BSV blockchain.
Human-readable editions (styled PDFs) and the transparency toolkit live at https://odnca.org. This repository holds the markdown sources — the canonical, diffable text. Where a rendered edition and this text ever disagree, this text is authoritative from the commit in which it was adopted.

The namespace these documents govern is not just described — it is
committed. The SNS state is periodically frozen as a merkle root and
inscribed on the BSV chain (genesis commit: txid
b65b03f0…e60c6ec9, height 961546, 651,482 names), with each commit
embedding the SHA-256 of its frozen ruleset. Verification tooling:
ODNCA-verify.
Proposals, the 14-day review window, and decision publication are defined in ODNCA-GOV-001 §5. Issues and pull requests on this repository are a welcome way to file comments and proposals; adoption decisions are published with reasons and, where they change recognised state, anchored on-chain (ODNCA-STD-004 §3.2).
