Created guest projects page at /projects/guest, added team type to projectPreview type.

Couple changes:

• Idk why this is happening but some just have a blank pill in the top right:
• the learn more button should extend across the component as per the mock
• This isn't actually linked up to the projects link on the home page
• Can we abstract this component and the one for display projects on the home guest page? Then users can also click learn more from the home page

^ these should scroll horizontally Width is determined by description on home page which makes them way too wide weird loading indicator at end idk where this is from

It still doesn't link from the guest sidebar
