Version 5.07 Beta 1

This beta release adds TLS 1.2 and 1.3 support to MUSHClient using the OpenSSL 3.5 LTS libraries. When creating a new world or editing an existing world, the user has the option to "Use SSL/TLS for this connection". This will attempt to establish a secure connection and warn the user on any handshake issues, prompting the user if they want to continue without encryption.
